Hong Kong - March 18, 2024 - Anhui Eagoal New Energy Group has successfully secured financing amounting to tens of millions of HKD based on its battery swap physical assets through Real World Assets (RWA) financing. This marks the world’s first RWA initiative leveraging tokenized battery-swapping assets, facilitated by blockchain and IoT technologies, to efficiently bridge Chinese green assets with global capital.
This pioneering project involves the issuance of an RWA fund product managed by Hong Kong Victory Securities (Stock Code: 8540.HK). Ant Digital Technologies, along with Conflux Network and VDX, provided essential technical support for this project, while AW3 Family Office joined as an ecological partner.
