DALLAS, TEXAS - JULY 17, 2026 - JSX, the Dallas-based semi-private scheduled carrier co-founded and led by Alex Wilcox, continues to build its service model around passenger experience, operational simplicity and reduced airport friction. The carrier operates 30-seat Embraer aircraft from fixed-base operator terminals across business travel corridors in the United States. One of its defining features, a 20-minute pre-departure check-in window, was developed to address common friction points in commercial regional aviation.

The company’s Net Promoter Score of 85 or above reflects performance across tens of thousands of flights and hundreds of thousands of passenger trips. The model draws on more than three decades of aviation executive experience.
