eAvio Flying Club Scheduling Software With Customizable Features Announced

eAvio has announced its cloud-based software, which comes with customizable features developed to simplify operations for flying clubs and flight schools.

-- The newly available platform enables users to select only features relevant to their operations. Clubs and schools can activate or remove functions as needed, reducing interface complexity and streamlining daily use.

More information is available at https://eavio.aero

Based on recent data, adoption of cloud-based aviation software is growing at a rate of 4.4% annually through 2030—driven by the industry's shift toward digital systems that offer real-time data access and operational efficiency.

The eAvio platform supports a wide range of aircraft categories, including Piston (Power), Ultra-Light, Gliders, and Skydivers, with beta support available for Drones, Electric aircraft, and Helicopters.

"Our goal is to help aviation organizations spend less time on paperwork and more time flying," said Mr. Čepek Gregor, CEO of eAVIO. "We designed our system so clients only use the features they need."

Key features of the software include a reservation calendar, flight logging, document storage, training records, and financial tools. Each organization accesses the system via a dedicated web address, such as customname.eavio.club.

To assist new clients, eAvio offers data migration services from existing systems, facilitating the import of user information and flight records from CSV or Excel files. The software is API-compatible and can integrate with existing aviation infrastructure, such as tracking systems and external flight log applications.

About eAvio

eAvio develops cloud-based software for aviation organizations, serving clients across Europe, including the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Slovenia, Hungary, and Germany. The platform supports multilingual translation and includes 24/7 technical support.

The largest aviation club in Slovenia, LCM, currently operates using the eAvio system. "We are proud that Slovenia's biggest aviation club LCM has chosen our software for their operations," added Gregor.

Flying clubs and flight schools can choose from a range of subscription plans based on their size and needs—from the Private plan for individual pilots to the Captain plan for large organizations.
