Ms. Jacko is the founder of Jacko Law Group, PC a San Diego-based Corporate and Securities law firm. Jacko Law Group provides securities, corporate, M&A, litigation, and regulatory compliance counsel to investment advisers, broker-dealers, private funds, investment companies, financial advisors and others in the financial services industry and corporate sector.

Ms. Jacko's practice focuses on securities law regulatory counsel, with emphasis on investment adviser and broker-dealer considerations, FINRA and SEC examinations, investigations, and enforcement matters, compliance program development, risk mitigation, and investment counsel. She also counsels clients on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, exit planning and more.
