The Chartis Center for Rural Health presents Intermountain Heber Valley Hospital a 2025 Performance Leadership Award for excellence.

The Chartis Center for Rural Health recently named Intermountain Heber Valley Hospital to their 2025 Performance Leadership Award for excellence list, an award that recognizes rural hospitals that achieve top performance for quality care and patient experience.
The Performance Leadership Award highlights hospitals across the nation that consistently deliver exceptional care and positive patient experiences, ensuring that rural communities have access to high-quality healthcare close to home.
