(“Northern Lights” or the “Company”) (CSE: NLR) (OTC: NLRCF), announces that Mr. Jason Bahnsen has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer of Northern Lights. Mr. Luka Capin, recently appointed to the Board of Directors, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer effective November 11, 2025.
