AMS Fulfillment Announces Board Appointment

LOS ANGELES - July 11, 2023 - PRLog -- LOS ANGELES-- AMS Fulfillment Holdings, a leader in order fulfillment services, today announces the appointment of Lila Sharifian to its Board, effective May 1, 2023.

Ms. Sharifian serves as the fractional Chief Financial Officer for the beauty and personal care industries at Stage 1 Financial, the leading outsourced accounting, financial planning & analysis, and fundraising solution for emerging consumer companies. She also is an Operating Partner at BT3 Ventures.

Jay Catlin, CEO of AMS Fulfillment, believes Ms. Sharifian's extensive financial acumen will greatly benefit the company going forward.

Ms. Sharifian holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Haas School of Business of the University of California, Berkeley.  She also serves on the Board for the non-profit, Homemade Hope, a 501(c)(3) which provides cooking classes, holiday celebrations and field trips for at-risk children.

Ms. Sharifian resides in Houston, with her son, and enjoys playing tennis, skiing, and watching sports.
