The combination further expands General Atlantic’s diversified investment platform to approximately $97 billion in assets under management, based on valuations as of June 30, 2024, across sectors, regions, and strategies to capture the most compelling opportunities for its investing clients.

Actis will operate as General Atlantic’s Sustainable Infrastructure business alongside its existing strategies in Growth Equity, Credit, and Climate.
