Features and Applications of wear resistant rubber hoses

Wear-resistant rubber hose is a high-performance hose widely used in various industrial fields, its core function is to transport various medium. From the perspective of product structure, wear-resistant rubber hoses are usually composed of inner rubber layer, reinforcement layer and outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer is mainly subjected to medium pressure and wear, so it is required to have high wear resistance and good fluidity; the reinforcement layer is a key structure used to improve the strength and wear resistance of the pipeline, usually using high-strength fiber braiding and helix steel wire; the outer rubber layer plays a role in protecting the pipeline from damage from the external environment, and it must also have good wear resistance.

Wear-resistant hose is a kind of pipe made of special material, which has excellent wear resistance and pressure resistance, and is widely used in the following industries and fields:

1. Mining industry: Wear-resistant rubber hoses are widely used in mines, quarries, coal mines and other places. They can be used to transport granular materials such as stone, ore, coal, etc., effectively preventing pipeline wear and leakage.

2. Metallurgical industry: In the metallurgical industry, wear-resistant hoses can be used to transport metal ores, slag and other materials. They can withstand high temperature and high pressure and maintain good wear resistance.

3. Power industry: Wear-resistant rubber hoses can be used to transport solid particulate materials such as ash and coal powder to prevent pipeline wear and blockage.

4. Construction industry: In construction projects, wear-resistant rubber hoses can be used to transport granular materials such as concrete and cement, which can effectively reduce pipe wear and blockage during the pumping process.

5. Port and shipping industry: Wear-resistant hoses can be used for unloading and loading operations, conveying bulk goods such as ore, coal, etc., to ensure smooth transportation of materials.6.Wear resistant rubber hoses also can be used in Petrochemical and Chemical Industry.

According to the main material of the hose inner layer, we can provide ceramic lined rubber hoses and wear resistant rubber hoses, hose diameter from  1/2 inch to 1000mm, also can be customized according to customers’ requests. You can choose or we can give you suggestions, according to your budget, medium, working environment, and so on. If you have any questions about wear resistant rubber hoses or need assistance in finding the right hoses, please contact us.
