Pangaea, led by Chicago businessman and investor Thomas Guel, has agreed to provide the capital in a private deal to finance Rebel Mining Company's efforts to expand its digital currency mining and colocation operation to over 750 Megawatts of capacity. The deal will also solidify the relationships between Rebel Mining Company and two of Pangaea's subsidiaries, Amalgamated Energy Assets and Meridian Mobile Data Centers.
