“I’m thrilled to welcome Nicole Jass and Scott Bonnell to Prove,” said Rodger Desai, Chief Executive Officer of Prove. “Nicole and Scott have grown companies from hundreds to billions of dollars in annual revenues. They join an executive team that is poised to continue leading the multi-billion dollar digital identity market.”

Prior to joining Prove, Nicole Jass served as the Senior Vice President of Growth Solutions at FIS, a global FinTech leader headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, where she was responsible for driving strategy and execution of high value, high-growth product portfolios in fraud, identity, loyalty, data science, and checkout. Prior to joining FIS, Jass was the founder and CEO of SpyderLynk, a mobile advertising technology company.
