Kalypso to Present Leading Digital Transformation Strategies and Outcomes at ROKLive in Orlando

Kalypso sessions will explore the digital transformations it provides as a part of the Rockwell digital business

Kalypso, the digital services arm of Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK) helping the world’s largest and most influential companies, discover, create, make and sell with a digital value chain, will present four sessions at ROKLive, a Rockwell Automation and Plex Systems event taking place June 13-16 in Orlando, Fla.

WHAT: ROKLive combines the power and expertise of Rockwell Automation and Plex Systems – along with members of the Rockwell PartnerNetwork™ and Plex Partner Ecosystem – all in one place. Over the course of four days, attendees will have the opportunity to benefit from keynote presentations, networking events and unique sessions delivering a mix of best practices, case studies, hands-on-learning, and an interactive expo showcasing the latest innovations in industrial and manufacturing software and hardware technologies.

Manufacturing leaders will also present live sessions that explore how Rockwell and its family of brands have advanced digital transformation for their customers in real industrial scenarios.

Kalypso will present four sessions during the in-person conference:

  • PT25 – Improving Manufacturing through Digital Performance Management: Led by Jeff Miller, director of industrial high tech (IHT) at Kalypso, this session will breakdown how Digital Performance Management can enhance and extend the effectiveness of continuous process improvement (CPI) initiatives and investments. It will explore applying the dimension of time to the traditional overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) metric to create a new currency in factory operations and a new way to monetize factory data and insights. This session will be held on June 15 and 16 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST.
  • PT26 – Transforming Production with the Digital Twin: Led by Leo Moran, manager, IHT at Kalypso, and Brian Ding, manager, smart connected operation (SCO) at Kalypso, this session will explore how Kalypso and Rockwell Automation are helping companies across industries embrace manufacturing digital twin solutions as a core part of their digital transformation strategy. This session will be held on June 14 and 16 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST and June 15 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
  • PT27 – Supply Chain Improvements: Led by Ferguson Neal, director of integrated business systems at Kalypso, and Kevin Martin, vice president of solutions management at Kalypso, this session focuses on the operational technology and information technology (OT/IT) convergence and the utilization of the Kalypso “Supply Chain Control Tower.” The session will also look at how combining data via a digital thread can enable more predictive and prescriptive modeling and enhance productivity. This session will be held on June 15 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. EST and June 16 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST.
  • PT55 – The Autonomous Enterprise: How AI is Advancing Automation to Autonomy: Led by Mithun Nagabhairava, manager of data science at Kalypso, this session explores how companies augment legacy control strategies with prescriptive machine learning capabilities to enhance control of critical production processes and achieve greater production yields. This session will be held on June 15 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. EST and June 16 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST.

All sessions will include practical examples from work that Kalypso is delivering to its clients today. Kalypso will be available throughout the conference at booth no. two in the Connected Enterprise Expo within the Digital Engineering space.
