In this role, Joel led the organization’s shift to a value-focused commercial mindset, driving significant sales growth year-over-year. He also led the company’s vertically aligned solutions strategy, spearheading cross-functional initiatives and driving significant pipeline growth within each strategic vertical.

Previously, Joel was the co-founder and CEO of HelloIgnite!, an enterprise B2B SaaS innovation platform serving Fortune 500 companies. Under his leadership, the company achieved rapid growth before being acquired in a strategic transaction.
