Sinclair’s AMP Media Announces Post Moves, New Podcast from WNBA Stars Candace Parker and Aliyah Boston

Premiering July 30, New Episodes Drop Every Wednesday on All Podcast Platforms

Sinclair’s AMP Media continues to expand its podcast division, today announcing the launch of Post Moves, a bold new video podcast hosted by two of the WNBA’s most compelling voices, Candace Parker – three-time WNBA champion, two-time league MVP, and Olympic Gold Medalist, and Aliyah Boston – three-time WNBA All-Star and 2023 WNBA Rookie of the Year.

The show premieres July 30, with new episodes every Wednesday, available across all major podcast platforms.

Whether they’re breaking down WNBA highlights, sharing locker room stories, or passing down real-life advice, Parker and Boston have a chemistry rooted in mutual respect and cross-generational connection. As a mentor and role model, Parker offers perspective from the peak of a legendary career, while Boston brings the voice of the league’s future. Together, they make Post Moves more than just a sports podcast — it’s a courtside conversation between two of the most compelling voices in and out of the game.

“Candace and Aliyah, like so many dynamic women in sports, are true multi-hyphenates—entrepreneurs, media personalities, philanthropists, and leaders on and off the court. Post Moves will offer an intimate look at their mentor-mentee relationship, combining unparalleled insights into today’s game with their dynamic and energetic personalities. As Candace enters the next chapter of her storied career, and Aliyah helps elevate the game to new heights, their journeys reflect how the evolution of women’s basketball continues to create opportunities far beyond the court,” said Rich Cooke, VP of Audio Programming.

The debut episode will dive into WNBA All-Star Weekend — featuring personal stories from Boston’s third All-Star appearance in her Indiana Fever hometown of Indianapolis, plus behind-the-scenes moments from Parker’s annual All-Star party.

“I’m so excited to launch our new podcast, where Aliyah and I team up to go beyond the headlines, shine a light on uplifting voices, and really dig into the stories that matter—on and off the court,” said Candace Parker. “We come from different generations, and that makes our conversations even richer. Aliyah brings fresh energy, endless curiosity, and I bring my years of experience and a big-picture view of how the game—and the world around it—has evolved. We’re ready to spark real talk, share some laughs, and create something that informs, inspires, and connects. We can’t wait to share it with everyone.”

“Getting to do this podcast with Candace is a dream. She’s not only a great friend, but she's someone I’ve long admired -- not just for what she’s done in the game, but for how she carries herself off the court,” Aliyah Boston said. “Post Moves is just us being ourselves and talking hoops, life, and whatever else is on our mind. It’s fun and it’s honest and I’m excited for people to hear us laugh, learn, and lift each other up.”

Post Moves will launch with adidas, The J.M. Smucker Company's Uncrustables and Zillow as integrated sponsors.

“Candace and Aliyah bring authenticity, perspective and purpose to every conversation, and we’re proud to have partners like adidas, where Candace serves as the President of Women’s Basketball, Uncrustables, and Zillow who share that vision,” said Eric Welles, Chief Digital Monetization Officer. “These brands aren’t just supporting content—they’re helping amplify voices and shape the future of sports media.”

Full episodes of Post Moves will drop every Wednesday on all podcast platforms including Apple, Spotify, and YouTube. Short-form content and exclusive extras will be distributed across digital and social channels. Short-form content and exclusive extras will be distributed across digital and social channels.

Post Moves is part of AMP Media’s growing national podcast network which includes The Triple Option, Throwbacks, Unfiltered Soccer and BFFR.

About the Hosts:

Candace Parker has already solidified herself as one of the most influential athletes of this generation. After being selected as the #1 overall pick in the 2008 WNBA Draft by the Los Angeles Sparks, following a champion career at Tennessee, Parker went on to become the first player to earn WNBA MVP and Rookie of the Year honors in the same season, win three WNBA championship titles, and take home two Olympic gold medals. Off the court, first and foremost, she is a wife, mother of three children and three dogs. Since retiring, she serves as a public speaker, activist, entrepreneur, and studio broadcaster for men’s and women’s basketball.

Aliyah Boston is a trailblazer in the new generation of athletes. At the age of 12, Aliyah and her sister Alexis moved to Massachusetts from their hometown St. Thomas, USVI to pursue their future in basketball. Aliyah went on to join USA’s national basketball team and became a McDonald’s All-American in high school. After high school, she played for four years at the University of South Carolina where she led their women’s basketball program to their 2nd national championship. Aliyah was drafted as the #1 overall pick in the 2023 WNBA draft to the Indiana Fever. In her rookie season, she became the youngest player ever to start a WNBA All-Star game and went on to unanimously win WNBA Rookie of the Year.

Aliyah showcases heart and passion both on and off the court. She is a family-oriented and community-driven individual whose goal is to consistently give back. This goal is demonstrated through her annual Aliyah Boston Basketball Camp in St. Thomas, which draws girls from all of the US Virgin Islands to learn from one of the game’s stars. Aliyah’s outgoing personality is showcased in everything she does. She is truly a rising superstar, and her success will continue to grow in the coming years.
