BrilliA Reports on NYSE Bell Ringing on August 25th

BrilliA Inc (NYSE America: BRIA) ("BRIA" or "the Company"), a comprehensive one-stop service and solution provider for ladies' intimate apparel brands worldwide, today said its opening bell-ringing ceremony at the NYSE on August 25th, 2025 was “extremely productive” and enabled the Company to conduct “positive discussions with investors and the financial media, “including NYSE TV, Innovators with Jane King, and Cheddar TV.”

The ceremony, which was broadcast live on CNBC and Bloomberg TV, celebrated BrilliA’s commencement of trading on the NYSE American Stock Exchange on November 27, 2024. To view the Bell Ringing Ceremony, please visit the NYSE YouTube Channel here.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chief Executive Kendrew Hartanto told investors, “We remain committed to delivering trusted services and solutions to over 30 global brands across the industry. We are excited about the opportunities this new chapter will bring and look forward to driving positive changes and continued innovation in the industry together.”

For its fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, BrilliA achieved revenue of $64.4 million, a 15 percent improvement over revenue of $56.0 million for the previous fiscal year. The Company reported earnings of $2.82 million, or $0.12 per share, for fiscal 2025, compared with earnings of $3.28 million, or $0.15 per share, for fiscal 2024.

In April, the Company announced a production agreement with a manufacturer in Cambodia, saying it would enable BrilliA to competitively enter the Canadian market duty-free and achieve preferential treatment under the EU’s EBA program, thereby adding at least $5 million to fiscal 2026 revenue.

BrilliA has also affirmed that it expects its proprietary lingerie brand, DIANA, to begin producing additional revenue in Indonesia, Singapore, and other ASEAN countries in the near future.

“Looking forward, we’re optimistic that the coming quarters are likely to show some exciting growth,” added Mr. Hartanto. “We look forward to sharing these developments with all the investors we met at the NYSE, and all the investors who have followed our company since we joined this magnificent Exchange.

“Our sincere thanks and appreciation go out to them all.”
