Biden-Nixon Cancer Alliance

Dr. Don Harte, chiropractic activist and former Libertarian State Senate candidate, says “Nixon and Biden… the same promises on cancer. Who would have thought?”

“Politicians don’t expect us to have a memory,” Dr. Harte says, “but what if you do? Joe Biden just declared war on cancer, as Nixon did, back in 1971.” He goes on, “This is like a bad movie sequel.”

“What did Nixon’s War on Cancer solve?” Dr. Harte suggests: “Political programs, or any program, should be judged upon results, not intentions, and certainly not press releases. In this case, there have been no significant results. One former FDA director called this a medical Vietnam.”

Dr. Harte advises, “Let’s look at the record. How are we doing with cancer, 51 years later? By all accounts, cancer is far more prevalent now than then. Just about every family has been touched by one or more cancer tragedies.” He goes on, “We, or rather, Medicine, has gotten nowhere with cancer. They might claim victory in one or more kinds of cancers, while others are getting out of hand. It’s a whack-a-mole game. Medical authorities are always promising, ‘The cure is right around the corner.’ I’ve seen that promise in books from 90 years ago, when Medicine ‘only’ needed a few million dollars more. Now it’s billions.”

“The assumption,” Dr. Harte explains, “is that you throw enough money against cancer or any other killer disease, and The Cure, The Answer, will be revealed. This shows a naiveté about how disease works, and how the body works.” “Furthermore,” Dr. Harte goes on, “a lot of pharmaceuticals regularly prescribed have real cancer-causing potential. That will NEVER be studied.”

“I know what you’re thinking,” says Dr. Harte. “How can anyone be against fighting cancer?” He questions the whole thing… “Cancer is not an attack upon the body from the outside. I know that some researchers believe that at least some cancers are cause by viruses. Even if that were true, the body still has the capacity to fight viruses. We have an immune system for that. We have a nervous system that controls and coordinates that immune system, as well as every other system. Medicine, Big Pharma, etc. will never look in the right direction, at liberating the nervous system. That is the province of Chiropractic.”

“Before anyone goes nuts,” cautions Dr. Harte, “and thinks that I am claiming that Chiropractic is a cure for cancer… No! Chiropractic does not seek to cure anything.” He continues, “Chiropractic pursues health; it does not attack or treat cancer or any other disease. Chiropractic knows its limitations. Medicine does not.”

“In the end,” Dr. Harte charges, “Biden’s (and Nixon’s before him) War on Cancer is both a political stunt and a method to infuse Big Pharma with hundreds of millions if not billions of our tax dollars, with little to no benefit for anyone’s health. The answer, for cancer, or any other disease,” Dr. Harte continues, “is not in drugs or surgeries. The answer is not to be found outside the body. The rational path is to pursue health. Therefore, the answer lies within.
