MetaSource Expands Western U.S. Operations with New Utah Location

Salt Lake City, UT, United States - 01-31-2023 (PR Distribution™) -

With the opening of a new production facility for document capturecustomer care, and digital mailroom services in the Salt Lake City, Utah area, MetaSource, LLC continues to expand its business process management (BPM) footprint across the United States.

MetaSource first established its western United States BPM presence in the ‘90s. Since then, the digital transformation solutions partner has successfully provided western organizations of all types – from government, healthcare, and financial services to insurance, mortgage, and manufacturing – with outsourced solutions.

Today, the Salt Lake City area – dubbed the “Silicon Slopes” – is recognized as a booming technology and innovation hub with growing needs for solutions like high-volume document management and digital mailrooms.

“With increased demand for document capture, digital mailroom, outsourced invoice processing, and other BPM services, our physical footprint has had to expand to keep up with the digital one,” said MetaSource Senior VP of Service Delivery James DeSpain.

MetaSource’s new facility, at 12162 South Business Park Drive, Suite 113 in Draper, Utah, will help meet these growing needs. It provides twice as much production space as the Draper, Utah office that has served as MetaSource’s headquarters since 2007. It will enhance MetaSource’s capabilities to take on new clients and meet the needs of current clients throughout the west, where MetaSource maintains offices in the Denver, Phoenix, Los Angeles, and Salt Lake City areas.

With eight domestic facilities and multiple global partner locations, MetaSource provides state-of-the-art business process management solutions to thousands of clients across the United States. The trusted partner helps organizations eliminate manual work and streamline business processes, such as document capture and management, backfile conversion, compliance, claims processing, and invoice processing.

“We are committed to providing our clients with the best services possible and we’re eager to continue supporting them through expansions like this one,” said DeSpain.
