With over 25 years of experience, Lori is a dedicated International Business Strategist and Branding Specialist who coaches individuals and businesses to be more successful through a vision and goal-setting process. Lori has certainly proven herself as an accomplished professional and expert in many fields. She is a dynamic, results-driven leader who has demonstrated success in every role she has ever served. She has vast experience instructing students of all ages. Her experience includes being a business professor and curriculum designer. She was a music teacher at the elementary level. She taught in prisons, alternative schools, junior high, high school, circuit, and justice court programs, unique community-based Continuing Education programs, and adult learning programs for business professionals.

Before embarking on her current career path, Lori received a Bachelor's degree from Northwest Nazarene University and Eastern Oregon University. Ms. McNeil has an MBA from Corban University and Master of Education from Bushnell University. Additionally, she has an Ed.S Education with a specialization in Instructional Innovation and Technology from Liberty University.

Throughout her illustrious career, Lori has received countless awards and accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership and commitment to serving others. This year she will be considered for a feature article in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine and the Empowered Woman of the Year Award from the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). She will receive her award as Top Business Strategist 2023 on stage at IAOTP's annual awards gala being held at the iconic Plaza Hotel in NYC in December.

Lori has been featured on ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, as well as over 500 media platforms per year. She was awarded the Lifetime Presidential Service Award for her work, and the Global Visionary Leader Award. Lori was also selected as an official speaker for the Think & Grow Rich World Legacy Tour. During the pandemic, Lori was invited as one of the top motivational speakers in the world speaking to 2.25 million attendees live.

Aside from her successful career, Lori is an active writer who publishes in many publications annually and has authored several books. She recently co-authored a book with Kevin Harrington from the television show Shark Tank. Lori supports international literacy, cancer research, youth entrepreneurship, and U.S military families. As a literacy expert, she was honored to be invited by the Bush family a few years ago to help raise more than $3 million for reading initiatives nationwide.
