FOCO Induction's Compact 35KW Hand-Held System Proves Essential for Client's Confined Space Brazing

By: PRLog
FOCO Induction, a leader in industrial heating solutions, has demonstrated the critical value of its 35KW Hand-Held Induction Heating System through a recent customer application.

COLOMBO, Sri Lanka - Oct. 22, 2025 - PRLog -- This innovative, integrated unit successfully addressed the client's persistent challenge of effectively heating components in extremely cramped, hard-to-reach areas and on moving production lines where traditional fixed machinery proved impractical.

The customer previously experienced significant downtime and slow repairs due to these access limitations, which particularly complicated essential precision brazing processes. The FOCO system resolved these issues with its revolutionary mobile design during on-site implementation.

FOCO Induction's Solution

The solution seamlessly combined a powerful 35KW high-frequency (10-30 KHz) power supply with a built-in water chiller and a lightweight hand-held heating coil.

This all-in-one approach eliminated the need for external water connections at the customer's facility. Operators gained complete freedom, simply carrying the tool to various workpieces for fast, efficient heating of 6.5-9.5mm copper tubes during brazing operations.

The user-friendly system, featuring a clear integrated touchscreen for simple and precise parameter control, enabled seamless operation. The unit's sturdy aluminum alloy frame with lifting accessories provided convenient setup flexibility throughout the customer's workshop.

Key Benefits Realized:
  • Effectively heated components in the most confined and hard-to-reach locations
  • Provided an ideal solution for moving production lines and maintenance work
  • The integrated chiller enabled quick installation without complex plumbing
  • Intuitive touchscreen controls and lightweight hand-piece reduced operator fatigue
  • Delivered precise, consistent heat for brazing 6.5-9.5mm copper tubing
