Aegis Capital, acting as sole book-running manager, today announced the successful closing of a $4.3 million underwritten public offering for Stardust Power Inc. (NASDAQ: SDST), an American developer of battery-grade lithium products. The offering included 21,500,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $0.20 per share. Stardust Power has also granted Aegis a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,225,000 shares to cover over-allotments, which could bring total gross proceeds to approximately $4.9 million. Proceeds from the offering will fund the completion of the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS/FEL-3) for the Company’s proposed lithium processing facility in Muskogee, Oklahoma—a critical milestone toward advancing the project to final investment decision and construction of Phase 1.
