Agreement to re-acquire cannabis beverage brand from Ayr Wellness subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval

Kristin and Eric Rogers have reached an agreement with Ayr Wellness, Inc. to re-acquire LEVIA, pending customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.
