AND WE'RE SEEING THAT TRANSLATING OUT IS THAT DAMAGE THAT DEBRIS, THAT THE RADAR WAS DETECTING WAS COMING FROM WESLEY IN BOULEVARD IN ROCKY MOUNT. THIS IS NEW VIDEO JUST IN FROM WRAL'S HEIDI KIRK. &gt;&gt; THIS IS HEATING TA RESTAURANT. THIS IS ON WESLEY IN BOULEVARD AND YOU CAN SEE THE IMMENSE DAMAGE THERE. YOU CAN SEE WHERE THE BUILDING ITSELF IS DAMAGED. A LOT OF CARS HERE IN THE PARKING LOT. &gt;&gt; THERE'S A CAR WITH A BACK WINDOW IS BUSTED OUT THERE.
