SHE SAYS WHEN OFFICERS ARRIVED, THE DOGS WERE NOT IN THE CAR BECAUSE THEY WERE BEING BATHED BECAUSE SOME OF THEM HAVE PUT ON THEMSELVES. SHE SAYS THE OFFICERS NEVER ASKED HER FOR A STATEMENT. THEY JUST TOOK THE WORD FROM A BYSTANDER.
