BUT THAT IS WHAT IT APPEARS TO BE IN TERMS OF WHO OWNS THAT TRUCK. A North Carolina couple who were victims of flooding during Tropical Depression Chantal told WRAL News their reservation was canceled at Candlewood Suites on North Carolina Highway 54 in Durham.
