A FAMILY REPRESENTATIVE TELLS ME THAT HE LIVED WITH HIS FATHER AND ILLINOIS AND THAT HIS MOTHER LIVED IN THEY TRAVELED QUITE A LONG WAY TO BE HERE TODAY. THE SHERIFF TELLS ME THAT HE'S MEETING WITH THE FAMILY BEFORE THEY COME AND TALK TO REPORTERS. THIS AFTERNOON. THE FAMILY HAS EXPRESSED CONCERNS OVER TRANSPARENCY IN THIS I WANT TO TELL YOU HOW WE'VE GOTTEN HERE. WHAT WE'VE LEARNED SO FAR, THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE SAYS THAT THEY'RE WORKING TO INVESTIGATE THE CAUSE OF DEATH AND THE CIRCUMSTANCES AROUND IT. WE'VE LEARNED THE KEY WAS IN HENDERSON ON SEPTEMBER 10TH, AND THAT'S WHAT HE WAS MAKING A DELIVERY AT A WALMART DISTRIBUTION CENTER NOT FAR FROM HERE. HE'S A TRUCK DRIVER. THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE RELEASED SURVEILLANCE VIDEO SHOWING THE GUY BUYING A ROPE AT THE ACTUAL WALMART STORE. >> AND THEN WE GOT A SEARCH WARRANT THAT SAYS MAY KEEP PARKED HIS TRUCK AT A NEARBY REPAIR SHOP. AND THEN HE WAS FOUND NOT FAR FROM THERE WITH A ROPE AROUND HIS NECK. THE OTHER END OF THE ROPE WAS AROUND A TREE. THE MCGEE FAMILY SAYS THAT THEY HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO SEE THE BODY AT THIS POINT. AND THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE SAYS THAT THEY ARE ASKING FOR PATIENCE AS THEY CONTINUE TO INVESTIGATE THIS CASE. AND THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE SAID THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO SEE THE BODY BECAUSE OF HOW FAR AWAY HIS FAMILY WAS LOCATED FROM HENDERSON. THE FAMILY SPOKESPERSON SAYS THAT THEY CAN EXPLAIN MAYBE THE ROPE WAS USE FORWARD FOR THE TRUCK TO SECURE A LOAD ON THE TRUCK. BUT AGAIN, THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE SAYS THAT THEY'RE STILL INVESTIGATING. THEY DON'T BELIEVE THAT MUGGY TOOK HIS OWN LIFE, HIS FAMILY THAT IS AGAIN, WE'LL BE HEARING FROM HIM IN ABOUT WILL BE HEARING FROM HIS FAMILY AND ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
