Police are investigating a shooting Sunday at a gun range in Raleigh. According to the Raleigh Police Department, a person was shot at the OnPoint Shooting Range at 3501 Spring Forest Road. This is the third shooting investigation at the gun range since last year.

AND CARLY, THE BUSINESS SAYS IT WAS AN EMPLOYEE WHO WAS INJURED TODAY. >> WHEN JULIE AND THEY ALSO SAY THIS WAS AN INJURY DURING A TRAINING. WELL, THE GOOD NEWS IS THEY SAY THIS EMPLOYEE IS EXPECTED TO MAKE A FULL RECOVERY. NOBODY ELSE WAS INJURED IN THIS SHOOTING. BUT THE RANGE TO TEMPORARILY PAUSE BUSINESS WHILE RALEIGH POLICE INVESTIGATED. POLICE TELL ME THEY'RE NOT LOOKING FOR A SUSPECT. NOBODY IS GOING TO BE CHARGED IN THIS CASE IN THIS RANGE. LOOKS FAMILIAR TO YOU, THOUGH. IT'S BECAUSE THIS IS THE 3RD SHOOTING INVESTIGATION HERE WITHIN A YEAR, THERE WAS ANOTHER SHOOTING AT ON POINT JUST THIS PAST FRIDAY THAT WE COVERED A PERSON WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL WITH SERIOUS INJURIES AFTER BEING SHOT IN THE HEAD. AND THEN LAST JULY, A PERSON WAS SHOT. AND LATER DIED AS FAR AS TODAY'S SHOOTING ON POINTS AS IT IS NOW RESUME
