A WOMAN HAS BEEN ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH MURDER IN RALEIGH. POLICE SAY SHE HIT ANOTHER WOMAN WITH HER CAR EARLIER TODAY ON HAYWOOD STREET >> LET'S GO TO BRIAN SHRADER IN THE LIVE CENTER. BRIAN, WE FIRST SENT A CREW TO THE SCENE AROUND 11, 30 THIS MORNING. AND A LOT HAS HAPPENED SINCE THEN. WE'VE BEEN COVERING THIS AS BREAKING NEWS THROUGH THE DAY. THIS IS THAT SCENE SKY 5 WAS OVER IT ON HAYWOOD STREET NEAR BLOUNT STREET. THIS ALL HAPPENED AROUND 11, 30 THIS MORNING. AND NOW RALEIGH POLICE HAVE RELEASED A LOT OF NEW INFORMATION. THEY SAY THAT 39 YEAR-OLD TARA DONE WAS HIT AND KILLED APPARENTLY THEY WERE. SHE WAS HAVING SOME SORT OF A DISPUTE WITH KEY ARAB ROUND, ACCORDING TO POLICE, BROWN WAS BEHIND THE WHEEL OF THAT CAR AND THEN RAN OVER. DONE DONE, HAD INJURIES THERE AT THE SCENE THAT THEY TRIED TO TREAT THAT TOOK HER TO THE HOSPITAL AND SHE DIED LATER TONIGHT. CAROL BROWN IS CHARGED WITH MURDER.
