THEY ONLY COULD SAY THAT IT WAS A SHOOTING INVESTIGATION AND WE SAW THEM INVESTIGATING. THIS IS VIDEO FROM THE WRAL BREAKING NEWS TRACKER TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT HAPPENED.
