RALEIGH POLICE CONFIRMED THAT REPORT WAS FILED. THEY ARE LOOKING INTO THIS MATTER. WILLIAMS AND SOME EARLY VOTERS CONFRONTED THE MAN AND FOLLOWED HIM TO HIS CAR WHERE HE TORE UP THE SIGNS AND SHOUTED AT THEM AND ACCUSED THEM OF TRYING TO ASSAULT HIM SERVE. PUT THIS ALL PUT THE SIGNS DOWN. THEY'RE NOT YOURS. YOU THEY'RE NOT YOUR SAYING DO WHAT'S RIGHT. &gt;&gt; IT'S NOT ILLEGAL PICTURE. IT IS ILLEGAL TO INSULT PEOPLE. LOOK FOR THAT IS HOLDING BETTER SERVE THE SIGNS DOWN THE MAN INSISTED IT'S NOT ILLEGAL TO STEAL SIGNS AND THEN READ THE MOB, USING HIS CAR KEYS AND HANDED THEM BACK BEFORE LEAVING WITH HIS WIFE AND BABY. &gt;&gt; HE STOPPED TO STEAL ONE MORE SIGN AND BLEW THEM A KISS ON THE WAY OUT.
