SHE WAS WATCHING VIDEOS ON HER CELL PHONE WHILE DRIVING THAT SCHOOL BUS TRAVELING IN EXCESS OF 30 IN A 20 MILE PER HOUR ZONE IN DOWNTOWN CREEDMORE FAILING TO STOP AT A STOP SIGN AND MAKING A LEFT-HAND TURN IN A MANNER CAUSING THE BUS TO LEAVE THE ROAD.
