THE NASH COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE SAYS THE MAN HAD A GUN WHEN AT DEPUTIES WERE TRYING TO SERVE THAT WARRANT. AND THAT'S WHEN 2 DEPUTY SHOT HIM. SO WE'RE STILL WORKING TO LEARN IF THAT MAN ACTUALLY SHOT AT THE DEPUTIES OR IF YOU JUST HAD A GUN ON HIM AT THAT TIME, AS FAR AS WHAT THE SCENE LOOKS LIKE NOW WE JUST SEE SEVERAL DEPUTIES VEHICLES LINED UP HERE ON THE STREET IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD ON EVERY TO STORE ROAD. THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE SAYS THE DEPUTIES WHO SHOT THE MAN WERE NOT INJURED, BUT WE'RE STILL WORKING TO GET AN UPDATE ON THE MAN'S CONDITION THIS MORNING. DEPUTIES SAY THAT ARREST THIS ALL STARTED WITH WAS RELATED TO A DOMESTIC SITUATION. SO THE SBI IS HERE RIGHT NOW CONDUCTING THEIR OWN SEPARATE INVESTIGATION.
