HIS WIFE TOLD INVESTIGATORS THAT THE COUPLE WAS AWARE THAT THE CAR HE WAS DRIVING WAS IN NEED OF CARE. WARD SHOW THAT HE WAS DRINKING AND SMOKING BEFORE THAT CRASH WRAL'S CARLY HAYNES WAS IN GARNER TODAY AND SHE PUSHED POLICE OFFICERS FOR MORE ANSWERS IN THIS CASE.
