THE MAN ACCUSED IN A STRING A PELLET GUN SHOOTINGS IN HOLLY SPRINGS 4 YEARS AGO, ATWATER WAS HELD IN JAIL FOR NEARLY 3 YEARS WHILE HE COULD NOT MAKE A MILLION DOLLAR BOND.
