State Fair to enjoy beautiful afternoon weather, but expect a quick drop after sunset

<p>I mean, the eros Chris Michaels in the Wral Severe Weather center after a chilly start Sunday morning, we're rewarded with sunshine and high temperatures about 73 to 76 across the board. This is slightly warmer than we've been over the past few days. But still nice low humidity, very pleasant, uh way to wrap up the weekend after sunset, temperatures are going to drop quickly. That's something that we've noticed over the past few days with that clear sky and calming wind. 7 p.m. temperature around seven degrees by 11 pm. We're in the middle fifties. High pressure still remains the main weather maker for us. Over the next few days, the sinking air associated with that leads to lower rain chances. It also allows those afternoon temperatures to climb a little bit more. So, yes, we'll be chilly in the mornings, but the afternoons are gonna start to get warmer for us. Heading into the rest of the week. There's that area of high pressure. You notice as we get closer to Thursday a week front moves through, but right behind it, another area of high pressure is gonna set up camp over the Eastern Us So we're looking at pretty much no rain chance over at least the next five days, really over the next 7 to 10 days, rain, chances are gonna be very low. So if you put some plants in the yard, uh, definitely gonna need to water those over the next few days. Really. The only source of moisture nearby. It's some tropical systems. Nadine continues to dissipate over, uh, Belize and Oscar is a storm that really forms very quickly. Yesterday, it's a hurricane. As of today, it will continue to move northeast away from the United States. So we're not expecting any local impacts out of that. We'll need the jacket for the next few mornings. Temperatures in the forties, Monday and Tuesday mornings, highs in the mid to upper seventies were close to 80 degrees. Wednesday afternoon. There's that front moving through, it'll drop temperatures a little bit toward Friday. Looking ahead to next weekend, more sunshine and highs in the seventies each afternoon.</p>
