THIS IS OUR FIRST LOOK AT JORDAN PORTER'S MUGSHOT. HE FACES MULTIPLE CHARGES TONIGHT, INCLUDING SECOND-DEGREE MURDER. THIS IS WHERE 25 YEAR-OLD JORDAN PORTER IS BEING HELD THIS EVENING. HE'S OUT OF THE HOSPITAL IN CUSTODY TONIGHT. PORTER IS FACING NUMEROUS CHARGES, INCLUDING 3 COUNTS OF SECOND-DEGREE MURDER AND RECKLESS DRIVING. IN ADDITION TO DRIVING WHILE IMPAIRED. THIS IS VIDEO OF WHAT THAT CRASH SCENE LOOKED LIKE A MEMORIAL DAY. PORTER WAS DRIVING A CHEVY TRAILBLAZER TRAVELING WEST ON US 70 WHEN HE RAN A RED LIGHT, HITTING THE CAMPBELL FAMILY'S MAZDA. TYLER AND SUSAN CAMPBELL DIED AT THE SCENE. THE 8 YEAR-OLD SON MILES WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE HE LATER DIED. PORTER'S BOND WAS SET AT 3 MILLION DOLLARS BY A JUDGE ON JUNE 5TH. HIS WIFE TOLD INVESTIGATORS THAT THE COUPLE WAS AWARE THAT THE CAR HE WAS DRIVING WAS IN NEED OF CARE. WARD SHOW THAT HE WAS DRINKING AND SMOKING BEFORE THAT CRASH WRAL'S CARLY HAYNES WAS IN GARNER TODAY AND SHE PUSHED POLICE OFFICERS FOR MORE ANSWERS IN THIS CASE. CARLY, YOU SAT DOWN WITH ONE OFFICER WHO SAYS HE'S STRUGGLING WITH THE DETAILS OF THE CRASH. &gt;&gt; AND REALLY WE'RE HEADING INTO ANOTHER HOLIDAY WEEKEND WHERE THERE COULD BE EVEN MORE DRUNK DRIVERS. WE RODE ALONG WITH THE GARNER POLICE DEPARTMENT TO SEE HOW THEY'RE WORKING TO PREVENT FUTURE TRAGEDIES.
