IT DOESN'T FIT THE PATTERN THAT WE'VE SEEN OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF DAYS. BUT IT'S SO CLOSE AND WE'RE ALSO GETTING THEN IDENTIFYING FACTOR THAT IT A BULLET THAT STRUCK A VEHICLE.
