PROSECUTORS MEANWHILE, ARGUE HE WANTED TO HAVE CUSTODY OF HIS 14 MONTH-OLD DAUGHTER BEFORE HEARING THE NEXT DAY OVER THAT CUSTODY BATTLE. WHEN DEFENSE. &gt;&gt; A LOT OF THAT. IT IS OUR.
