SOMEBODY STARTED THROWING THINGS AT THE POLICE CAR AND WAS THEN CONFRONTED BY AN OFFICER. THERE WAS THEN A FOOT CHASE THROUGH POLICE, THEN SAYING A PERSON HAD A GUN AND REFUSED TO DROP IT.
