Rare single-lot availability gives buyers immediate access to proven, bankable equipment without the wait

The acquisition gives developers, EPCs, and procurement teams access to a significant volume of proven, bankable equipment from a globally recognized manufacturer without the lead times typically associated with new procurement. Finding this volume in a single lot is uncommon in today's market.

As developers increasingly weigh supply chain considerations alongside pricing and performance, equipment from established manufacturers continues to play a critical role in project financing and planning.

The modules are Korean-manufactured and carry low FEOC compliance risk. They do not qualify for the domestic content adder under current IRA guidelines. Guided Path Solar has completed supply chain diligence on the inventory.
