Leveraging superconducting bump-bond technology developed at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, D-Wave has demonstrated end-to-end superconducting interconnects between chips, which D-Wave believes is a key step in scaling its annealing and fluxonium-based gate-model architectures.
