VANCOUVER, BC – TheNewswire - November 1, 2022 – Izotropic Corporation (“Izotropic” or the “Company”) (CSE:IZO) (OTC:IZOZF) (FSE:1R3), a medical device company commercializing IzoView, a dedicated breast CT (computed tomography) imaging platform, for the more accurate detection and diagnosis of breast cancers, announces a stock option grant to engineering personnel, a technical advisor, and a director, all of whom are based in the USA.
Pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan, 2,160,000 Options have been granted at an exercise price of $0.61. The stock options are in effect for five (5) years and vest immediately.
1,200,000 of the options being granted today were initially granted to a founder of Izotropic and early-stage advisory members in 2017 at an exercise price of $0.10 CDN on a five-year term. While they could have been exercised at any time over the term, the Optionees agreed to let them expire unexercised in September of this year, and the Company agreed to reissue the same amounts under a new term and at a higher price.
