In its design, the original battery pack structure of CHAM New Energy's first-generation Open Dao integrated machine integrates the functions of heat management, heat isolation, and insulation. This design ensures the high efficiency, safety, and long service life of the product. Through the application of the MES production management system in the production of Open Dao, the transportation efficiency is enhanced using AGV, welding quality improved using the closed-loop control system of an imported circular seam welder, and product reliability increased using the online AI detection technology.

According to information, this energy storage system is supported by the AI intelligent temperature control technology in conjunction with advanced structural design, resulting in a temperature differential of less than 2°C within the battery pack. The system features a cycle life exceeding 6,000 cycles and an operational lifespan of over 10 years, far outperforming industry-standard competitors in the market. The overall system design complies with industry standard requirements such as UL9540A and NFPA855.

The other upgraded new product of CHAM New Energy, stackable high-voltage household storage system Force X1 is tailored for households. Through its modular design, it offers flexible energy configurations to meet varying household power requirements. As a residential energy storage solution, it features the 32140 large cylindrical lithium iron phosphate cells with patented ultra-low internal resistance technology. The entire battery cluster can be quickly installed by a single person in just 10 minutes. In strict compliance with the standards of the PX5 waterproof level, IP6X dustproof level, C4 anti-corrosion level, and Level III UV resistance, shock resistance, electric shock protection, and cold resistance, it is perfectly adaptable to diverse environments.

Imagine a scenario where a severe natural disaster such as a typhoon or earthquake hits, making the regular power grid fail. In such a situation, the robust Force X1 serves as an emergency power source, ensuring basic electricity needs. Psychologically, its users can feel quite assured.

According to the Insights from EPRI's Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Failure Incident Database released by the EPRI in 2024, approximately 65% of incidents may arise from the operation and integration of battery systems. Force X1 users can opt to configure 2 to 5 battery packs, creating a single cluster with a storage capacity ranging from 9.2 to 23.0kWh. By connecting up to 5 clusters in parallel, a high-capacity 115kWh energy storage system can be established to cater to a wide range of commercial and industrial applications such as communication base stations, street lighting systems, clubs, small sports arenas, and farms. The system's clusters can be automatically networked using communication cables and accessories, eliminating the need for dip switch settings or other operations. In addition, following a user-centric approach, the team of CHAM New Energy designed an intelligent BMS for Force X1. This BMS employs algorithms based on multi-dimensional data including voltage, rates, temperature, internal resistance variations, and idle duration. Moreover, it compares, and corrects in real time the massive stored data uploaded to the cloud, ensuring the precision of SOC calculations within ±3%. In this way, the safe and efficient operation of batteries is guaranteed.
