Floor plans include one and two-bedroom apartments with 10-foot ceilings, traditional millwork, zero-entry showers, cable and Wi-Fi, and a state-of-the-art wireless nurse-call system. Options include balconies, porches, walk-in closets, and pantries.

The Blake at St. Johns is part of a planned unit development that includes St. Thérése, an early-learning center of the Diocese of St. Augustine, and Goldfish Swim School, a premier learn-to-swim facility for kids, which is currently under construction. Strategically located at 2340 County Road 210, The Blake at St. Johns will be convenient to the Mayo Clinic, St. Johns Town Center, Johns Creek Center, and St. Johns Golf & Country Club.
