During this period, the Company has acquired a total of 316,437 ordinary shares at an average price of USD 8.63 per share for a total consideration of USD 2,732,109. The shares purchased are held as Treasury shares.

BW LPG holds 7,939,347 of its ordinary shares, representing 4.98% of the total issued shares.
