Defendants further discussed the development of Venture Global’s five natural gas liquefaction and export projects near the Gulf of Mexico in Louisiana, utilizing their unique “design one, build many” approach. Therefore, the IPO represented to the public that Venture Global had the customer backing to implement its projects, allowing for Venture Global to deliver LNG to the world.
