What’s Happening:

(“Semler” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: SMLR) in the United States District Court, Northern District of California on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Semler securities between March 10, 2021 and April 15, 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).
