Murphy Law Firm Investigates on Behalf of Individuals whose Personal Information was Accessed by Cybercriminals in the 90 Degree Benefits Data Breach

OKLAHOMA CITY - June 17, 2022 - PRLog -- Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of all individuals whose personal and confidential information was potentially compromised in the data breach at 90 Degree Benefits, Inc. ("90 Degree Benefits"), a health benefits company. In February 2022, 90 Degree Benefits experienced suspicious activity on its systems. Following a forensic investigation, 90 Degree Benefits determined that cybercriminals had infiltrated its systems and accessed the confidential and personal information of at least 163,483 patients. While 90 Degree Benefits has largely refused to provide details as to what patient information was accessed by cybercriminals, 90 Degree Benefits has confirmed that patients' Social Security numbers were exposed in the data breach. Based on the nature of the information 90 Degree Benefits collects, it is possible that the following information was potentially acquired by cybercriminals:
