ALPHARETTA, GA, November 20, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Atlanta Divorce Law Group today named Kristyne Seidenberg a Senior Litigation Attorney, recognizing her leadership in complex family law matters across Georgia. The elevation reflects the firm's long-term commitment to client-centered advocacy and courtroom results.
Seidenberg has practiced law in Georgia for more than two decades. Her work spans family law and complex litigation, with additional focus on special education and dispute resolution. She has handled contested matters including domestic violence, special education due process, civil rights claims under Title IX and Title VII, and probate and fiduciary litigation, among others.
Notably, she previously served in Emory University's Office of Equity and Inclusion as a Title IX investigator and training specialist, conducting investigations into discrimination and sexual misconduct and leading campuswide compliance training. This role required rigorous fact-finding and coordination with university stakeholders, skills she brings to complex family law matters.

As a senior litigation attorney, Seidenberg will lead complex case strategy, support trial preparation across the firm, and continue to expand mediation and conflict-resolution services for clients.
