Her appointment comes at a pivotal moment for NXT | CLT, as the organization celebrates the successful completion of its 9th business accelerator cohort and launches recruitment for Cohort 10. Kimberly has led at the highest levels of nonprofit leadership—driving over $10M in philanthropic giving, creating nationally recognized programs, and launching global youth initiatives. Most recently, as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at the Center for Women and Enterprise, she created the Women of Color Business Summit and expanded corporate engagement by 60%.
