Pete brings more than 22 years of experience in managing construction and real estate development projects across government facilities, stadiums, healthcare facilities, educational buildings, laboratories, and civil infrastructure. Over the past 12 months, he has successfully overseen the completion of seven self-storage projects, demonstrating his capacity to deliver accurate and effective large-scale work. He currently manages projects across the Midwest and Northeast in his capacity as Development Manager.
As a Construction Science graduate from Texas A&M University–Commerce, Pete’s prior experience as a general contractor included overseeing intricate, multi-million dollar construction projects. He enjoys his free time by traveling, attending live events, and engaging in outdoor activities with his partner, Marissa, and their three children, Tucker, Ellen, and Brody.
Pete’s newest position as Chief Development Officer at Hearthfire enables him to strengthen the company's position as a dependable partner for wealth accumulation through institutional-grade self-storage investments.
